Korea e-Business Association is a corporation founded in
1996 with the objective of introducing and expanding electronic commerce
in Korea as well as developing the related technologies.
Established with the consensus of 40 leading enterprises and IT companies,
Korea e-Business Association, now in 2006, has grown to have 200 members,
playing an active role in promoting technological exchanges and providing
various advanced information. |

| Korea e-Business Association serves as a mediator between
the government and businesses by collecting diverse industry opinions on
electronic commerce and making proposals to the government. Activities of
the organization include B2B EC implementation, international exchange and
collaboration, technological standardization, organizing of events and information
service through investigation and analysis. Through these activities, Korea
e-Business Association is striving to expand the base of Korea's electronic
commerce industry and to create future value at a private level. |
